Your group will have exclusive use of our 120 private acre facility for your stay. Our modern cabins are equipped with heat, full electricity, bathrooms and showers.
Athletic Facilities include:
Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Softball, Baseball and Soccer Fields, Sand Volleyball Court, Horseshoe Area, Tetherball, Tug -of-War Rope, Golf putting green and Driving Range, also an indoor Gymnasium and Recreation Hall. We have our own Private Lake where you may fish, canoe, paddle-boat or kayak and dozens of Hiking and Biking Trails on the property. We will be happy to help you in planning your day, night or week-long event.

Sports Team Training – Have you ever considered switching up the pre-season training for your athletic teams? Taking your team ‘Away from the Everyday’ and the modern day distractions – no ipods, cell phones or televisions – so they can grow both individually and as a team, ready for the challenges in the season ahead? Securing your athletes a place to train at Camp Tall Timbers is surely to build excitement for the season to follow.
Waterfront – Depending on the time of year and the weather, you may want to paddle around the lake, take a tube ride or a dip in the pool.

Camp Tall Timbers is in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia. The site is in a wooded environment, with open spaces for our activity areas. To reach Camp Tall Timbers by car is approximately a 2-hour drive West of the Washington Metro Area. Actually, found five miles inside the West Virginia State line and only 15 miles West of Winchester, in the Eastern Panhandle. Dulles Airport is located 75 minutes from our site. If you would prefer, chartered bus service can be coordinated on your behalf.

Our staff will be on hand to prepare a hardy selection of menu items. No matter how long your stay is, we can prepare a menu that will fit your needs. We will be happy to have you participate in planning the menu.
