LOOKING FOR A FUN & CHALLENGING SUMMER?
Camp Tall Timbers is a private, co-ed summer camp for children ages 7-16. It is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia, just 2 hours from the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metro areas and only fifteen miles west of Winchester, Virginia. Situated on 120 acres, Camp Tall Timbers has an abundant amount of facilities to go with its scenic setting. We have all the activities a child or staff person could want.
Length of employment is from June 18, 2012-August 18, 2012. We are interested in persons who enjoy working with children and are capable of assisting or instructing an activity at camp. We are currently seeking counselors in the following activity areas:
Horseback Riding
Swimming
Tennis
Mountain Biking
Arts & Crafts
Challenge Course (ropes course, zipline, climbing etc.)
Riflery
We offer our campers and staff alike a nurturing environment for them to grow and make lasting friendships. We have staff and campers from all over the country and the world, who come together to have a dream summer at Camp Tall Timbers year after year.
