Camp Counselor

Camp Counselors are the main caregivers for all Campers, taking responsibility for planning, organizing and implementing the activities program. It is the Counselors’ responsibility to maximize their Campers’ experience at Camp Tall Timbers by guiding them through activities, extending the learning opportunities and seeking opportunities for their personal growth.

Program Director

Age minimum is early to mid-’20s. College Degree preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications preferred as well. Sufficient experience working with campers and leading group activities. An excellent role model for not only campers but for staff as well. Neat and professional appearance. Agree to a criminal background check.

Boys/Girls Head Counselor

To coordinate and supervise Camp Tall Timbers Counselors, ensuring the smooth operation of camp activities in cooperation with your Camp  Director.  To ensure the health and safety of Campers at all times, giving support and encouragement to maximize their camp experience.

Activity Specialist Arts and Crafts

To deliver engaging and age-appropriate arts and craft activities in line with camp philosophy. To ensure all campers have fun, they are safe and have the opportunity for personal creativity. To assist in the organization of the craft supplies, equipment, and facilities for all planned activities.

Responsible for the planning and delivery of field sports activities ensuring they are safe, fun and meet age/ability levels of all participating campers.  Responsible for the management and physical operation of the field sports facilities and equipment.
